Your pack shipment
Orders are generally prepared and shipped within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment. In special circumstances, the order may be completed little longer. In this case, the customer will be informed of the delay and the possibility of canceling the order with a full refund. The total shipping and transport time, i.e. the delivery time, and also total shipping cost are shown when selecting the delivery method.
Delivery options and costs
- Pickup at the company's premises. No charge.
It is possible only after prior appointment by phone. Call +48 603 05 22 76. - Polish Post registered economic mail. Usually 3-10 business days. Base price: PLN 7.38 (VAT included).
Please note that in the case of Poczta Polska, experience shows a large dispersion of delivery times for domestic shipments. - Inpost parcel lockers. Usually 2-3 business days. Base price: PLN 12.99 (VAT included).
Standard shipment to a selected Inpost parcel locker. Reception 24/7.
Prices include 23% VAT. The shipping cost includes the carrier fee.
Other terms
After making the purchase, the customer will receive information about the parcel number and a link to track it in the message confirming the purchase.
The consignments are carefully packed in the packaging ensuring proper protection of the goods being shipped.
